yummm, think i`ll have a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread. JOY!!!
like this video and thx fofr the tip
@TheVerlaine69 fries were home made from potato’s.. and seasoned. lol. i dont use processed foods much unless i need fast food or something and im lazy to cook. im to skinny right now anyway
Tuna is OK, but the sandwich with mayo has carbs and fat you may not need (the fries are just not healthy at all.) Baked or grilled skinless CHICKEN is a healthier food. Your hair is fine. You should close each video with a quick flex of that perfect, peaked biceps …
@Bodybuildingryan yeah you dont need a hair cut, but I do, with my wook, my hair is real long, and im trying to get a job so I will need one, your hair is fine. I was gonna grow my hair long liek a girl but nwo I need a job. or college
@CampJesus lol i said thumbs up if i need a hair cut and thumbs up if i dont need a hair cut
@Bodybuildingryan like it or not, i’m sure your motivational videos and all are an inspiration to some people and they probably follow your lead… you may have more influence on ppl than you think
i say everything is good in moderation.
I put thumbs down because you said thumbs down if you dont need a haircut.
I love tuna… especially subway tuna.
@nkhan4 who cares about mercury, i eat that stuff plain?
just kidding, yeah i dont eat tuna that much, twice a week i’;d say, i also eat salmon and various other fish.
I was just stating its a high protein food, i didnt tell anybody to eat it
tuna contains way too much mercury to be consumed that often. Mercury is bad for your nerve endings. Please don’t promote eating tuna on a regular basis as a good source of protein, about 1 can per 10 days is deemed fine, more than that and the mercury can start building up.
But you are on the right track, fish esp. salmon etc which are full of good fats are a great source of protein, so thats def. a good recommendation.
